Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this document carefully. It outlines your rights and responsibilities when booking our packages.

Effective Date: These terms apply to all confirmed bookings and form an integral part of your travel contract.

Cancellation by the Traveler

More than 60 days before departure: full refund minus visa and processing fees.
59–45 days: 75% refund.
44–30 days: 50% refund.
29–15 days: 25% refund.
Less than 15 days: no refund, except airline/hotel amounts recoverable on your behalf.

If we must cancel a departure, you receive a full refund or a free transfer to another date — your choice.

Due to ministry quotas and camp reservations, Hajj packages follow a separate schedule communicated at booking.

Refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
