Terms of Service

Please read this document carefully. It outlines your rights and responsibilities when booking our packages.

Effective Date: These terms apply to all confirmed bookings and form an integral part of your travel contract.

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and a written confirmation is issued. Prices are per person and depend on room occupancy.

2. Payments

The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before departure. Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment.

3. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date. Visa issuance is subject to the authorities' approval.

4. Changes by the Agency

Hotels may be substituted with equivalents of the same or higher category when necessary. Significant itinerary changes will be communicated promptly.

5. Liability

Ittastours acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies) and is not liable for delays caused by force majeure.
